Rates & Fixes

Variable and Fixed Loan Rates and Fixed Rate Requests

To review variable and fixed loan rates and request a fixed rate loan, navigate from the Home page by clicking on Rates & Fixes on the Main menu. The Rates & Fixes page will be displayed:

CIF/Agreement. Click the drop down arrow and select the appropriate CIF/Agreement.

CIF/Rate Index. Click the drop down arrow and select the appropriate CIF/Rate Index.

Click the 'View' button. The Rates & Fixes page will be refreshed with Variable and Fixed Rate pricing displayed:

Variable Loan Overview. The following variable loan information associated with the selected Agreement will be displayed:

  • Account Number
  • Rate
  • Rate Index
  • Current Balance
  • Last Rate Update
  • Maturity Date

Fixed Rate Pricing Overview. The fixed rate pricing options associated with the selected Agreement will be displayed:

  • Maturity Date
  • Term
  • Rate Quote

To view more detailed fixed rate information for a specific maturity date range, click the 'magnify glass' icon on the right side of the screen across from the date range. The Rates & Fixes page will be refreshed with the fixed rate pricing detail:

To initiate a fixed rate loan request, click on 'Magnify glass'icon on the right side of the screen across from the selected maturity date. A new window will be displayed with fixed rate pricing details for the particular term. Click on the "pin' icon under the actions column for the certain maturity date.The Rates & Fixes page will be refreshed and the Maturity Date, Term and Rate will be populated in the “Fixed Rate Request” section at the bottom of the page:

  • Fix Amount: Enter the amount.
  • Click the 'Submit' button. The Rates & Fixes page will be refreshed on verify page with the fixed rate request details:.
  • Click 'Send' button and page will be refreshed with a Fix Confirmation including a message confirming that the fix request has been submitted for processing: A confirmation number will be displayed.
  • Click the 'Done' button. The Rates & Fixes “start” page will be displayed.

Fixed Rate Request. Fixed Rate Requests may be processed from the main Rates & Fixes page once the CIF/Agreement and CIF/Rate have been requested:

  • Fix Amount: Enter the amount.
  • Maturity Date: Click in the field to manually key in the date, or click on the calendar icon to select the date.
  • Term: Enter the requested term (if the Maturity Date has not been entered).
  • Click the 'Calculate Rate' button.
  • Click the 'Submit' button. The Rates & Fixes page will be refreshed  on a verify page with the fixed rate request details:
  • Click 'Send' button and page will be refreshed with a Fix Confirmation including a message confirming that the fix request has been submitted for processing: A confirmation number will be displayed.
  • Click the 'Done' button. The Rates & Fixes “start” page will be displayed.
