Transfers
Transfers are used to move funds between your Farm Credit accounts. You can submit a Transfer by either clicking on the New Transfer button , or if you have Transfer Templates established you can access them by clicking on the Templates button.
1. New Transfer
From the Account Transfers page initiate a new transfer by clicking on the New Transfer button.
On the New Account Transfer page, select the from account from the From Account drop down list and the to account from the To Account drop down list.
If the To Account selected is a ‘deposit’ type account then:
Note the defaulted Effective Date. You can change the date to a future business date by clicking the Calendar icon and selecting a date in the future.
Enter the Amount of the transfer.
Enter a Description for the transfer if needed. The Description text will travel with the transfer to your Farm Credit Association.

Click the Submit Transfer button.
On the next screen verify that the transaction is correct and if so click Send Transfer and then click Done at the final screen.
The transaction will appear in either your Submitted or Pending transaction list depending on the Effective Date chosen and the time of day at which the transaction was submitted.
If the To Account selected is a Loan Account then:
Note that the defaulted Effective Date. You can change the date to a future business date by clicking the Calendar icon and selecting a date in the future. Select one of the Transfer instructions from the drop down list.
Pay Total Payment Due
Selecting ‘Pay Total Payment Due’ will result in OLB displaying a screen that shows the total amount due for the To Account selected. You will be able to see how much of the Total Amount Due is Principal, Interest, Late Charges and Fees. OLB will also show the Billed Amount and Outstanding Balances plus the Daily Interest accrual for the To Account.
To Submit the transaction to Pay Total Payment Due you do not need to enter an Amount, it is already prefilled for you. Enter a Description for the transfer if needed. The Description text will travel with the transfer to your Farm Credit Association.

Click the Submit Transfer button.
On the next screen verify that the transaction is correct and if so click Send Transfer and then click Done at the final screen.
The transaction will appear in either your Submitted or Pending transaction list depending on the Effective Date chosen and the time of day at which the transaction was submitted.
Pay Total Payment Due, Plus Additional to Principal
Selecting ‘Pay Total Payment Due, Plus Additional to Principal will result in OLB displaying a screen that shows the total amount due for the To Account selected. You will be able to see how much of the Total Amount Due is Principal, Interest, Late Charges and Fees. OLB will also show the Billed Amount and Outstanding Balances plus the Daily Interest accrual for the To Account.
This transfer option is used if you want to pay down additional Principal beyond what will be paid down as part of the billed amount.
You can either enter in the amount of the additional Principal in the Addl Principal Payment field or edit the Total Payment amount, click anywhere on the screen, and OLB will calculate and display the Addl Principal Payment amount.
Enter a Description for the transfer if needed. The Description text will travel with the transfer to your Farm Credit Association.

Click the Submit Transfer button.
On the next screen verify that the transaction is correct and if so click Send Transfer and then click Done at the final screen.

Pay Other Amount
Selecting ‘Pay Total Amount’ will result in OLB displaying a screen that gives you the flexibility to pay any amount for Principal, Interest, Late Charges or Fees, in any combination.
OLB will also show the Billed Amount and Outstanding Balances plus the Daily Interest accrual for the To Account.
Key in the amount(s) you want to pay and Online Banking will calculate the Total Payment.
Enter a Description for the transfer if needed. The Description text will travel with the transfer to your Farm Credit Association.

Click the Submit Transfer button.
On the next screen verify that the transaction is correct and if so click Send Transfer and then click Done at the final screen.

2. Transfer From a Template
From the Account Transfer page select an Internal Transfer template from the Choose Template drop down list and click the Load button.
On the New Account Transfer screen, you will see the From Account and To Account already populated based on the template selected.
Complete any of the required fields. Depending on the type of To Account selected and Transfer Instruction selected you may or may not need to enter any amount(s).
Note the defaulted Effective Date. You can change the date to a future business date by clicking the Calendar icon and selecting a date in the future.
Enter a Description for the transfer if needed. The Description text will travel with the transfer to your Farm Credit Association.

3. ACH In
An ACH In is a transaction where you transfer funds from an account you own at another financial institution to one of your Farm Credit accounts.
In order to use ACH In you must first have read and agreed to the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement. This agreement is presented to you the first time you access either the ACH In or ACH Out pages. Once you agree to the terms of the agreement you will be able to access the New ACH Transfer in Page.
To initiate an ACH In transaction, click the New ACH In button.
At the New ACH Transfer In page, select the account to move funds from by selecting it from the From Account drop down.
Once you have selected the account to move funds from, the To Account drop down list will populate with the Farm Credit account(s) eligible to move funds to.
Select the appropriate account from the To Account drop down.

4. ACH In From a Template

5. ACH Out
An ACH Out transaction is used to transfer funds from one of your Farm Credit accounts to an account at another financial institution. In order to use ACH Out, you must first have read and agreed to the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement. 6. ACH Out From a Template
