Account Reports

1. Transaction Detail

To review the Transaction Detail report, navigate from the Home page by clicking on Reporting on the Main menu. The Account Reports page will be displayed:

Click on 'Transaction Detail' from the Report title section. The Report Criteria page will be displayed:

Report on: This field defaults to 'Previous Day data'.

Account. Select 'All Accounts' or select an individual account from the list. (If you have 3 or more accounts, you may select 2 or more accounts by holding the CRTL key on your keyboard, and clicking the on the accounts you would like to select.)

Date. Click in the date fields to manually key in the date range, or click on the calendar icons to select the date range. (Transaction activity is available up to 45 prior calendar days.) or use the drop down list radio button.

Transaction Groups. Select 'All Transactions' or select an individual transaction type.

Format. Select one of the following options:

  • HTML: (Commonly used for Display Online)
  • Comma Delimited: (Commonly used with Excel)
  • Tab Delimited
  • PDF
  • Plain Text

Delivery Method. Select one of the following options:

  • Display Online: (Displays the report on screen)
  • Export: (Save the report to a file on your computer)

Set Report Header/Footer. (Optional) Click this button to customize:

You have the option to click 'Generate Report' or add customization by clicking 'Custom Reporting'.

  1. Click the 'Generate Report' button.
    • If you selected Display Method “Display Online,” the Report page will be displayed:
    • If you selected Delivery Method “Export,” the system will prompt you to determine where you want to save the report to a file on your computer.
    • Click the 'Save' button, and select where the report should be saved on your computer.
  2. Click the 'Custom Reporting' button. The Report Criteria page will be displayed with additional customization options for your report. Any selections you made on the previous Report Criteria page will be retained (e.g. Account; Date; Transaction Groups; etc.):

                   Amount (range). You may limit the report results by entering an amount range.                       

Serial Number. You may search for an individual check number. Please note that the field requires 10 digits. Please add 0's prior to your check number. For example check number 12523 would be entered as 0000012523.

 Bank Ref#. Not used. The Bank Ref# is the transaction (trace) number assigned by Wells Fargo during internal  processing.

 Sort 1 and Sort 2. You may modify the sort features. The default is Account Number and Date.

Click the 'Generate Report' button.

  • If you selected Display Method “Display Online,” the Report page will be displayed:
  • If you selected Display Method “Export,” the system will prompt you to determine where you want to save the report to a file on your computer:
  • If you want to print the details, then you have a 'printer ready' button available once you click on 'Generate report' button.
  • If you want to save any search criteria for future use, then you have the 'Save report criteria' button available at the bottom of the page.
